The interest towards radical telomerization is conditioned by the fact that it enables to obtain comparably low-molecular long-chain organic substances with various functional groups that are hard to obtain with ordinary methods and that can be widely applied in practice. The reaction of telomerization of ethylene and trichloracetic acid ethyl ester [3] is especially interesting. The reaction proceeds in the following way: nCH2 = CH2 +CCl3COOEt  Cl (CH2CH2)nCCl2COOEt Telomers, received from ethylene and trichloracetic acid esters, are utilized to obtain the psychotropic drug
