Investitional attractiveness of Krasnodar region: ХХII Olympic winter games programme

The research results characterizing investitional attractiveness of Krasnodar region are presented in the paper. Positive sides and lacks of holding Winter Olympiad programme in Sochi have been examined by the author, and preliminary evaluations and summaries have been done. The decisive factors of the investitional policy activization are: cardinal improvement of the investitional climate, stability and prognostication of conditions of investors' management, restoration their confidence and motivation to making investments into the real sector of the economy.
