In this article, I have investigated the possibilities of using IoT in the digitalization of the economy. The main prospects, problems and risks encountered when using IoT are considered. The basics and prospects of using intelligent self-learning machines to automate production processes are shown. The role of digitalization in the development of agriculture is determined.
