At the present stage of the development of elite sports the main ways to solve the problem of sportsmanship’s improvement and to rise the complexity of competitive programs in sports acrobatics is the analysis of objective load criteria, leading to the effective construction of the training process, which evaluation, as a rule, is conducted on the basis of calculation of quantitative values of load indicators such as: capacity, intensity, intensity index, difficulty of classes, coefficient of difficulty of classes, effectiveness of the training process. The analysis of the existing planning documents (athletes’ diaries, coaches’ planning documentation) of high qualification female acrobats specializing in women’s group exercises allowed to calculate quantitative indicators of their training loads of precontest mesocycle and to reveal the interrelation with the competitive results in this kind of sport acrobatics. It has been determined that the load indicators reach their maximum values in the model-impact microcycle on the background of previously acquired special physical and technical preparedness in the basic microcycle. In the model microcycle the volume and intensity indicators decrease, because female acrobats begin to model the competitions execution compositions of the already «selected» competitive program. At the same time it is advisable to analyze the values of the volume indicators in connection with the coordination difficulty of the executed elements and coefficient of difficulty of the integral competition composition. The correlation dependence of the considered quantitative indicators of the load of high qualification female acrobats specializing in women’s group exercises allows to prove their reliable relationship with the final competitive Теория и методика спортивной тренировки №2 l 2018 19 result. Besides, the conducted correlation analysis made it possible to reveal the high (p<0,01) and the mean correlation dependence (p<0,05) between the averaged values of the quantitative indicators of female acrobats’ load and the final competitive result.
