Information and technological environment of financing of innovations industrial enterprises of the region

Need of transition of economy of Russia on model of non-oil development assumes activization of administrative efforts of authorities of territories in the direction of involvement of innovative capacity of the enterprises of different scale in implementation of regional projects in the sphere of industrial production. It demands use of tools, including information, supports of adoption of financial decisions in the sphere of industrial innovations which considers regional features of participation in these processes of the credit and financial organizations.
