The authors develop individualized programs of developing communicative competence in the form of individual techniques aimed at the development of a specific component of the competence: communicative abilities and skills, psychological knowledge, mental state, and personal characteristics. The article considers the results of an experiment of developing communicative competence of prospective educators.
