Purpose: Consideration of the civil characteristic of the agreement on implementation of a tourist product. Methodology: The formal-legal method was used. Results: In case of implementation of tourist activities the tour operator (travel agent) signs with the tourist the agreement of paid rendering tourist services (the agreement on implementation of a tourist product) owing to which the tourism organization (tour operator) undertakes to render tourist services independently and (or) with direct contractors, and the tourist undertakes to pay these services. Such agreement is consensual, paid, bilateral, in most cases performed by the third parties, public. Novelty/originality/value: Article has the high scientific and practical value as is modern attempt of consideration of an actual problem.
