State fee in the civil procedure of the Republic of Armenia

Purpose: To analyze the legislation of the Republic of Armenia regulating the order for payment of state fees in civil procedure, and the conditions for granting benefits to pay. Methodology: We used comparative legal and formal-legal methods. Results: This work discusses the concept of institution of state fees in civil procedure of Republic of Armenia, determined the order for its payment, studied acting at the date the size of the state fee, and identified the necessary directions for improvement of legislation in this area. Novelty/originality/value: Article carries a high scientific and practical value, since it is one of the first attempts to propose the problems of legal regulation of the state fee institute in civil procedure of RA as an important socio-economic factor of accessibility of justice.
