Gender stereotypes in professional performance of Ukrainian internal affairs agencies’ officers

The article deals with the results of empirical studies of the current state of gender equality in Ukrainian Internal Affairs agencies’ performance. Testing Internal Affairs agencies’ officers the author reveals current problems and psychological stereotypes of observing norms and principles of gender equality in units’ performance and finds it necessary to develop appropriate measures to prevent violations of officers’ gender rights.
