Functional analysis of muscular-ligamentous apparatus in children with using computer technologies

The article presents the results of the study of the functional state of the muscular-ligamentous apparatus in 42 children of 11-12 years old with use of hardware-software complex “FlexiScan”. The evaluation of the condition of muscles and ligaments was performed on the basis of the analysis of the results of muscle testing in the progress of functional test (standing and squatting). It was founded the prevalence of different states of muscular-ligamentous apparatus (normal, weak, enslaved), and presented the interpretation of detected changes from the standpoint of biomechanics and the role of the prolonged sitting position in the formation of unfavorable changes in status of various groups of muscles. In addition to the generalized group data on the prevalence of conditions of different muscle groups, the results of the study enable to define individual profiles of the state of the muscular-ligamentous apparatus and to validate physical exercises for the correction of their violations. The prospects for the implementation of this approach relate to the integration of correctional exercises into the structure of the lesson of physical culture, as well as into various small forms of physical education, including physical flexing at the lessons.
