French experience of tourism development management

This work presents a social and economic analysis and a short review of tourism development in France. This article considers state experience of measures which are directed on tourism regulation and development in France. The author of this article demonstrates that tourism depends from health economic, politic and the interest of government in this further development. The author of article considers the main factors of tourism developments in France, such as: - Economical and political stability of the country; - Organizational structure of tourism management in France and the leading roll of national tourism organization (Atout France); - Government’s expenses for tourism support; - Developed sector of culture; - Developed internal, interregional and social tourism; - The high level of social support of citizens; - Tourism development in all regions in France promotes forming of different kinds of national tourism products; - Using cluster approach as a tool for tourism and economic development in whole; - Flexible system of education and staff training. - So France recommended itself as the best tourist destination and this country is touristic powerful player at international stage, despite the terrorist acts. This experience is important for Russia. The Russian Federation has rich resources and its transformation in leader in world tourism is necessary and objective.
