Relevance. In jumping on a trampoline, according to modern standard requirements, the training process of athletes begins at the age of 7. And it is important for a coach from the moment a child enters the sports section to establish close contact not only with him, but also with his parents. However, despite a number of studies on the establishment of the psychological climate in the sports team, in practice it turns out that in relationships «parent-coach» it is lack of trust, in turn, reducing the quality of the interaction of a sports teacher directly with exercisers. From this point of view, the questions dedicated to the solution of the problem of creation of positive relationships between a coach and parents of beginning athletes are always relevant. Research aim is to develop a program of constructive actions, contributing to the formation of a positive communicative relationship between a coach and parents of children groups of initial training in jumping on a trampoline. Research methods: literature analysis, questioning, diagnostics of parents' needs, diagnostics of personality traits of trampolines, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics. Research results: the features of the communicative culture of a trampoline coach have been studied, basic means and methods of communication between the coach and the parents have been revealed, structuring of the process of creation of a communicative relationship between a coach and parents of those children who are just starting to jump on the trampoline has been proposed. During the pedagogical experiment a reliable change in the need to create trusting relationships between parents and a coach and positive dynamics in the development of personality traits of young trampolines confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed methodological approach. Jointly built communication activities of a coach and parents of children of beginning training groups influenced the formation of their positive needs for trusting relationships, contributed to the maximum realization of the athlete's volitional qualities in this sport. Conclusion. In such a way, building of positive relationships «parent-coach» allowed the coach to feel that he is in harmony with a family, to cooperate with it for the sports and personal growth of a beginning athlete, and allowed parents to be a motivation for their children. The analyzed theoretical information complements the pedagogy of sports, it is of practical importance in children and youth sports.
