The article highlights the issues of forming the federal network of scientific and educational centers for the integration of science and education. In addition, the authors identify key areas in the integration of science and education in the current innovation economy in Russia. The article shows the institutional objectives for the establishing scientific and educational centers as well as university partnerships. The authors describe the organizational forms of the scientific and educational centers.
