The financial system of the Russian advocacy

Purpose: The purpose of the study is to reveal the category «financial system of the advocacy». Methodology: Theoretical and legal and comparative-analytical methods were used to study the issues. Results: The article provides information about the structure and elements of the financial system of the advocacy. Was made an attempt to estimate the amount of financial resources of the advocacy. As a result the suggestion to implement the norms and principles of budget law to the advocacy`s legislation was formulated. Novelty/originality/value: The revision and understanding of the financial aspects of the advocacy`s independence as the selfsufficiency of the legal profession required for its development.
