Факторы, влияющие на психическое здоровье мигрантов (литературный обзор)

В обзоре рассматриваются современные данные о психических проблемах мигрантов. Приводятся этапы процесса миграции. Анализируются факторы, повышающие предрасположенность людей к психическим расстройствам, и факторы риска, способствующие развитию симптомов ПТСР (посттравматического стрессового расстройства), депрессивной симптоматики, а также психосоматических проблем у мигрантов. Анализируется гендерный аспект миграции, приводятся причины более сложной адаптации женщин-мигрантов. Особое внимание уделяется такому аспекту современности, как ксенофобия, и ее роли в развитии психических расстройств у мигрантов. Психологопсихиатрическая помощь рассматривается с точки зрения недостатков именно психиатрической службы помощи мигрантам во всем мире.
