Additional professional education as a mechanism for improving the professional development of civil servants: new approaches to the development of the system

Additional professional education is usually considered as one of the directions of professional development of civil servants, providing an increase in the level of knowledge and skills necessary to carry out professional activities in accordance with the new challenges of the time.
