Documented communication as a social trace of criminal activity

The author considers objective forms of preserving semantic information in time and further transmitting it in space via category of “documented communication”. The article comprises the definition of documented communication, a range of logical social and technical causes of containing data important for criminalistics and used in crime detection and criminal investigation. The author also reveals the role of leading-edge technologies in expanding objective forms of documented communication.
