Voluntary renunciation to follow the murder through on attempt stage

Based on the analysis of court practice and scientific papers the author argues the possibility to voluntary renounce the murder on attempt stage when the victim is lead to the state dangerous for life. It is emphasized that voluntary renunciation can take place only in case of active action. Some court errors are paid attention to. In an effort to unify the court practice some addenda into the Decree of the Plenum of the RF Supreme Court «On the Court Practice of Murder Trials (Article 105 of the RF CC)» are proposed to be introduced.
