Virtual communication technologies are the combination of humanitarian knowledge with technical infrastructure of internet communications. It would be naive to think that the internet infrastructure itself is sufficient for virtual communication development. It means that, firstly, the processes of constructing and using virtual communication are united. Secondly, virtual communication is far more than the world web. The article focuses on the obstacles and possibilities for raising effectiveness of learning via distant interaction means.
