Бесплатный доступ

The article presents the results of testing the reaction to a moving object in students engaged in cyclic, acyclic and game sports. The estimation of the accuracy coefficient, the tendency to pre-empt, the tendency to delay, and the variation range during the test are presented. It contains a description of the method of reaction to a moving object and its direction. The author offers various types of motor activity to improve the psycho-physiological condition, namely football, volleyball, athletic gymnastics, aerobics, athletics and table tennis. The method of classes and the number of students are described. An urgent RMO is presented at the beginning, middle, and end of the school year in response to these types of workload. The conclusion contains conclusions about the balance of inhibitory and excitatory processes in the cerebral cortex.
