The study involved boys and men of the first period of maturity at the age of 24 ± 6 years old. On the basis of the data obtained by a modified Test of Variable of Attention has been allocated two groups: the first group consisted of 45 healthy people, the second group with ADHD - 46 people. EEG was recorded in 31-leads with the help of unipolar modified 10-20 system on a computer electroencephalograph of firm "Mizar" in the frequency range of 4 - 60 Hz and EMG M. Adduction Thumb in the frequency range of 5 - 150 Hz. By software Win EEG topographic maps were calculated power spectrum of the EEG in the frequency ranges 4-7, 8-10, 11-13, 14-24, 25-35, 36-47, 48-60 Hz in the following experimental conditions: sitting with his eyes open, as well as in the phase of preparation and implementation of voluntary movement. Comparative analysis showed that individuals with ADHD organization of voluntary movement are impaired at a level of the cerebral cortex in the planning stages of motor act predominantly in the frontal lobes and its implementation - in the primary motor cortex and the parietal region at the expense of a substantial increase in their spatial activation.
