The article argues that physical education of school children aged 13-14 demonstrating low or average physical fitness, aimed at the development of absolute (not relative; displayed in the space movement of the whole body) qualities and abilities helps to improve students grades in physical education, stabilize their emotional condition, and motivate them to take up physical exercising.
