Determination of begging among minors

Analyzes the factors promoting inclusion of children for begging. Special attention is paid to askerstvo as a new youth phenomenon. It is concluded that educational work with teenagers in difficult life situation, is not effective and is complicated by the failures of interagency cooperation in providing them with needed assistance.
