Business games as a means of increasing linguistic professional competence

The article proves the high efficiency of using gamification in teaching foreign languages. The author supports the idea of the special role of the business game in mastering a foreign language by students of higher educational institutions. Due to modeling within the business game, its leader can set the necessary conditions: the integrated usage of students' knowledge of the subject of professional activity, the improvement of their foreign language speech, and as a result fluency of a foreign language as a means of professional communication. A business game allows the simulation (reproduction) of all the most significant features and conditions of a certain segment of the future professional activity, the management of the changing conditions of the relations of participants in the game and management as the process of carrying out the professional activity itself, and the adoption of the necessary professional solutions.
