Бесплатный доступ

The paper describes the conflict between the top leaders and the members of the Finnish Communist Party (FCP) that broke out in late 1919 and ended with an act of terrorism on August 31, 1920. Eight staff members of the FCP were killed and eleven were injured as the result of the attack. The author gives a historiographical overview of the topic and investigates the reasons of the conflict, its timeline and consequences basing on previously known information and the newly discovered sources from party archives and the Federal Security Service archives. The authors also managed to trace the fate of the main participants of the terrorist act until the end of the 1930s.
