Представлен обзор литературы по сравнительной оценке эффективности различных методик задней цервикальной фораминотомии. Показано, что перкутанная видеоэндоскопическая задняя фораминотомия является хорошей альтернативой стандартным методикам шейной дискэктомии при латеральных «мягких» грыжах межпозвонковых дисков c монорадикулярным синдромом. При равной клинической эффективности методика имеет преимущества, общие для миниинвазивных вмешательств. В статье сделан акцент на технических аспектах выполнения чрескожной видеоэндоскопической задней цервикальной фораминотомии. Дано подробное описание оперативной техники с иллюстрациями. Продемонстрирован собственный клинический случай.
