Черты личности и ранние дезадаптивные схемы как предикторы суицидального риска у подростков-гомосексуалов

Ввиду стигматизации и социальной дискриминации, которые осуществляются против лиц с квиридентичностью во многих современных обществах, подростки с гомосексуальностью особенно повержены высокому риску суицида. Негативное влияние социальных установок приходит во взаимодействие с интраперсональными особенностями - личностными чертами и устойчивыми когнитивными схемами, которые могут как усугублять действие стресса, так и выполнять протективные функции. Цель исследования: провести анализ особенностей влияния черт личности и ранних дезадаптивных схем на суицидальный риск у подростков-гомосексуалов. Материалы и методы. Обследовано 100 подростков (М=14±2,1), соответствующих, как минимум, одному из трёх критериев гомосексуальности (гомосексуальное влечение; идентичность; половые контакты с лицами того же пола). Использовались опросник суицидального риска Т.Н. Разуваевой, Пятифакторный личностный опросник и опросник YSQ-S3R. Результаты. В структуре суицидального риска для обследованных подростков характерны высокая аффективность и социальный пессимизм. Портрет личности подростка-гомосексуала включает в себя следующие преобладающие черты: интроверсия, эмоциональная неустойчивость, экспрессивность, сниженный самоконтроль, привязанность. Ведущими когнитивными схемами являются схемы «Покинутость / Нестабильность», «Пунитивность», «Негативизм / Пессимизм».
