Marriage: civil law institution within the framework of criminal law

The article examines the most urgent problems of the institution of marriage, explains the relevance of its protection by means of criminal law. To separate traditional marriage from other forms of marriage relations and properly define the object of the criminal law protection the author formulates the concept of “marriage”.
