Biological predictors, clinical-pathogenetic mechanisms of formation and prevention of addictive states in various social groups

Clinical-epidemiological analysis of substance use situation in various administrative territories of Arctic North, Siberia and Far East has been introduced. Analysis of prevalence and new sickness rate with mental (including substance use) disorders among population of rural districts of North of Siberia for 2001—2010 has been carried out. Living under conditions of Arctic North and northern territories of Siberia exerts influence on clinical polymorphism of alcoholism depending on ethnicity of the patient. Hypothesis of sensory predisposition to formation of addictive behavior on various contingents of adolescents and youth has been checked and confirmed. Disturbance of gender self-identification and pain sensitivity increases risk of formation of drug addiction with participation of cytokine link of neuroimmunopathology. Revealing of signs of immunological deficiency and high level of aggressiveness has been used for elaboration of express-method of prognosis of persistence of remission in convicts under conditions of penitentiary institutions. One of molecular mechanisms of oxidative stress stopping with preparation Sewitin in complex rehabilitation of alcoholic patients has been explained. Influence of medication Galodif on synthesis of neuroactive steroids that is significant for development of effective methods of therapy has been proved. New results about influence of microwave resonance therapy on peroxidation of lipids, carbonylation of proteins of blood plasma and erythrocytes of alcoholic patients in state of withdrawal have been obtained. Efficacy of medications Re-maxol and Reamberin possessing antioxidant/antihypoxant action and hepatoprotective activity in the process of total detoxification and normalization of metabolism during formation of remission in suffering from alcoholism persons has been proved.
