The article examines the principle of "safe neighborhood" in terms of criteria and components. On the basis of the criteria, appropriate measures have been developed and the content of the criteria for "Safe makhalla" has been clarified.
Safe makhalla, raising the legal culture of the population, creating an environment free of crime, preventing negative impact on the social and spiritual environment in the makhalla and families, maintaining public order and ensuring public safety, broad involvement of the socially active older generation in education youth, effective use of information and communication technologies in ensuring public safety
