The article examines the active tightening of competition caused by globalization, the organization has to compete with world leaders not only in the external, but also in the domestic market. To do this, she needs to adequately assess her own strengths and weaknesses, constantly look for and find ways to enhance competitive advantages, identify and eliminate the reasons for the insufficient efficiency of her own activities, and increase her competitiveness.
