Authorship and co-authorship as subjective copyright in the Eurasian Economic Union countries

Purpose: Тo study the topical issues concerning the implementation of subjective copyright as authorship and co-authorship in the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) countries. Methodology: Systematic, sociological, historical, social, comparative and statistical methods were used. Results: The author makes his conclusions and proposals based on the international legislation and regulatory framework of the EEU countries. The relevance and importance of this work is formed by the analysis of the implementation of the subjective rights of authors and co-authors in the EEU countries. The special significance of this study lies in the fact that the developed theoretical provisions can be used for the further scientific and legal work on the issues and problems of the implementation of the subjective rights of authors and co-authors in the EEU countries. Therefore, this study makes a significant contribution to the theory of civil law. Novelty/originality/value: The article has a high scientific value, as it is one of the first attempts to consider topical issues of implementation of subjective rights of authors and co-authors in the EEU countries.
