The author's project “School of a young educator” as a factor in improving the professional competence of teacher of preschool educational organizations

The problem of managerial and methodological resources for the development of professional competence of a teacher in the context of the scientific and methodological work of a preschool educational organization is revealed. The results of the project “School of a Young Educator” are presented in the SBEI “School № 1569 ‘Constellation’” (preschool department) of Moscow as a factor in the professional development of a teacher of a preschool educational organization.
