В научном обзоре представлены данные о сочетании атрезии с генетическими заболеваниями, которые должны обсуждаться в обязательном порядке до хирургического вмешательства, чтобы правильно распорядиться дальнейшей тактикой ведения и лечения новорожденных с атрезией пищевода.
