Archival documents of the XIX century as a source of investigation business language learning

This study is based on the material of search documents of the 19th century, created in Western Siberia. On the basis of linguistic and cultural analysis of the material, it is concluded that written instructions on the search for fugitives could be issued in the form of imperative local acts of business orientation. The features of word-formation and syntactic models typical for business documents of the 19th century are analyzed. On the presented material the template of drawing up of monuments of writing is analyzed, came to a conclusion that the obligatory text element are formulas of the prescription. The conclusion is made about the normalized nature of fixing the business act, the constant bringing of the text in accordance with legal practice, which contributed to the development of the mechanism of linguistic expression of the cognitive process - generalization. This article outlines the prospects for further research in this direction: in the 19th century, the dependence of its linguistic components on the functional orientation of the business document is most definitely revealed.
