Analysis of victimological aspects of crime in the field of migration in the context of the spread of coronavirus infection in the territory Russian Federation

Nsufficient attention is still paid to the study of the victimological aspects of crime, the development and implementation of preventive measures of a victimological nature. The study of both the victimization process and the victims of crime and their victimization makes it possible to understand not only the mechanism of the criminal act, but also to determine the causes and conditions that contribute to this process, as well as the individual characteristics of the victim’s personality, which, of course, will contribute to the development of effective management decisions aimed at reducing the victimization of the population. The results of the study of criminological information about victims of crime make it possible to obtain predictive estimates that allow you to determine: - criminogenic threats to public order and public safety, the neutralization (minimization) of which should be a priority task of law enforcement agencies; - categories of persons whose preventive impact should be a priority of preventive activities of the subjects of prevention. The article reflects the criminological analysis of the victimological aspects of crime in the field of migration in the context of the spread of a new coronavirus infection in the Russian Federation. The factors influencing the victimological indicators of crime in the area under consideration, the forecast estimates of various options for the possible development of the victimological situation are determined. The priority directions of law enforcement agencies activities aimed at reducing the victimization of foreign citizens and stateless persons, as well as the categories of persons arriving in the Russian Federation, whose preventive work should be the primary task of prevention subjects, are formulated.
