Analysis of socio-economic development municipalities of the arctic zone of the Russian Federation (on the example of Arkhangelsk region)

The article analysis of socio-economic development municipalities of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation (on the example of Arkhangelsk region) since 2010 to 2019. The author substantiated and proposed indicators of socio-economic development municipalities of the Arctic zone of Arkhangelsk region. The author propose to carry out: sociologic development by indicators - population, natural growth, migration growth, the average number of employees in organizations, the number of unemployed, the number of doctors of all specialties, the provision of the population with doctors per 10000 people; economic development by indicators - average monthly nominal accrued wages of employees of organizations, the average amount of assigned monthly pensions, provision of the population with their own cars per 1000 people, housing stock, provision of housing per person. The analysis made it possible not only to determine the drivers of economic development in the Arkhangelsk region as a whole and the territory of the Arctic municipalities in particular, but to identify the problems associated with the optimization of the medical industry and the environment, which led to a decrease in the number of the population for natural reasons, and as a consequence, having a restraining effect on the economic development of the Arctic municipalities of the Arkhangelsk region.
