В статье на основании современных зарубежных исследований проведен анализ опыта трансформации университетов из различных стран мира. Автором выделены основные трудности и причины их возникновения в проведении изменений в университетах, а также представлены критически важные вопросы, определяющие направление развития университета и возможные трансформационные шаги.
