The relevance of the topic due to the fact that in time of crisis it is important to use all the methods that can supplement the budget of the Russian Federation, by identifying unrecorded real estate. It is important to remember that regional budgets are consolidated, and therefore the completion of the local budgets will result in the completion budget of the subject of the Russian Federation. The work reveals the reasons for the low local revenues from taxes on personal property and land tax. It proposes measures to increase the revenue side of the budget.
