Alexithymic disorders in adolescents with phobic disorders

Based on the material of 330 patients at the age of 15-17 years (265 boys, 65 girls) with phobic disorders we have attempted from clinical positions to rate role of alexithymia in phobias in adolescents. With Toronto Alexithymia Scale we have identified indices of alexithymia depending on place of phobias in the whole clinical picture of psychopathological disorders in adolescents.
