The article analyzes such a global social phenomenon as cybercrime. Crimes related to the use of cryptocurrency, the shadow Internet, theft of personal and banking information are characterized. The main focus is on the use of cryptocurrency in money laundering, financial transactions, in the shadow Internet. The author highlights the main trends in the development of cybercrime, suggests methods of combating and preventing cybercrime.
