Передняя крестообразная связка является ключевым стабилизатором коленного сустава, препятствующим переднему смещению большеберцовой кости относительно бедра, а также ротационной нестабильности коленного сустава. Адекватное понимание сложной анатомии, функции и биомеханики, механизма и типа ее повреждения имеет огромное значение в выборе тактики лечения. Большое значение в комплексе диагностики передней нестабильности коленного сустава имеют данные клинических тестов, лучевых методов исследования. Учитывая все многообразие техник и имплантов для оперативного лечения передней нестабильности коленного сустава, существующих в настоящее время, для практикующего врача очень важно сделать правильный выбор метода или сочетания методов хирургической реконструкции передней крестообразной связки применительно к конкретному пациенту, учитывая индивидуальные риски развития гонартроза в последующем. Задача состоит в том, чтобы при наименьшей травматичности обеспечить ту стабильность коленного сустава, которая обеспечит скорейшее возвращение пациента на дооперационный уровень физической активности.
