Actual - problems of combatingcrimes related to illegal drug trafficking using information and telecommunication networks and ways to solve them

The introduction of information and telecommunication systems into the criminal environment has contributed to the development of a contactless method of selling narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances. The development and application of new methods and means are topical issues in the fight against drug crime. The article discusses some problematic issues of countering drug trafficking using the Internet at the present stage. Some ways of solving the indicated problems have been identified, which, according to the authors, will contribute to effective counteraction to crime in our country.
