Specificity of development of small businesses in the agricultural sector of Tatarstan (1990-2010)

The article reveals the importance of considered problem, the role and function of private farm holdings belonging to the rural population of Tatarstan in solving the food problem. It also analyses the issues related to the search of mechanisms and new forms of regulation of industrial relations among different business patterns.
