Adaptive kinetic recreation in the system of special health promotion with elderly people having diseases of cardiovascular system

The article reveals the data on the possibility of using the means of adaptive physical education in the process of adaptive kinetic recreation for elderly people having diseases of cardiovascular system. On the basis of the conducted research, the features of the organization of recreational activities with such students, as well as the most effective means, methods and forms used for the purpose of recreation, recovery, correction and prevention of disorders of the cardiovascular system were identified. Data on the positive effect of specially selected sets of exercises on the functioning of the cardiorespiratory system and motor abilities of elderly people with diseases of the cardiovascular system are presented.
